★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COVID impacts have challenged Long Term Care (LTC) sites the world over. Bethany Cochrane instituted controls early and were able to skirt the problems that many Calgary based centers befell in the spring (and in wave 2...so far) - this is amazing and our family is very appreciative. They institutes alternative/virtual means of communicating with family. This may be a poor substitute for in-person visiting but a godsend when the alternative is no or only phone communication. LTC is often a thankless job and these days, the pandemic has made it a higher risk one. The staff handle this with poise and resilience. We appreciate you and thank you for your care for our dad.
