★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is a bit old-fashioned but comfortable and feels like home. We have an excellent chef and a good variety of food served 3 times daily. All the staff is cheerful, very friendly and attentive to our needs and wants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Lodge at Valley Ridge is exceptional and customer service is amazing. You can ask any of the staff for help and they will be right there for you with no complaints. Everyone is friendly and interesting to talk to. It feels like the staff will bend over backwards to help you and it's wonderful. I should have moved here five years earlier.

I highly recommend this Lodge.
This Lodge has been keeping us safe from Covid none here.
The staff has been friendly and kind to me on all fronts. Always greeting us with a kind word and a friendly smile. It is immaculately clean.
Now about the dining room. The food is so good and we have choices on our daily menu. Eat as much or as little as you wish. We can sit where and with whom we wish. I recommend it to every one who wants to know what it’s like here call to make an appointment to have a tour. you’ll see for yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for a tour a while ago. Was not impressed. Spoke with a resident while I waited for tour who stated that food is often cold, and managers are not friendly or helpful. Was told to not expect repairs to be fixed either because repair manager makes young assistant do everything and never does things himself and when he does he's unpleasant. The woman who did the tour was lovely and the building was nice looking, but hearing this from an actual resident made me decide to move my father to another community. Knowing staff are dealing with seniors and are not treating them with respect is something that shouldn't be happening anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 11 days in a respite room at The Lodge at Valley Ridge after my total hip replacement. The Lodge is warm, homely and well taken care of. The room was comfortable and quiet. I was able to focus on my recovery with the help of the hardworking and attentive staff. I am particularly impress with the extensive menu offering delicious wholesome meals... kudos to the chef! The residents are very friendly and inspiring. The experience exceeded my expectations; a big Thank You to the whole team.

My father moved in during the summer of 2021 and truly enjoys his new community of welcoming residents and warm, friendly staff. The ambience of a mountain lodge setting caught his imagination and the care and attention of staff has captured his heart. He has made new friends and new memories at Valley Ridge Lodge. It's heart warming to see how this wonderful community of residents look out for one another, embrace each other's abilities and marvel at each other's life stories. Kudos to Valley Ridge Lodge for making Dad's transition so easy and for openly welcoming his family with each visit. Truly a first class residence with a first class team keeping it that way.
