★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place for rescidents dont ever think of putting your family members here their exective director is very arrogant and does not respect people very bad place to even work .staff is always under surveillance cameras as if they were in jail . Only one choice for lunch and dinner no much choice for rescidents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother has stayed here for 2 years. Initially in the independent living section and now in the sl4-d section. Overall our experience has been positive. Many of the staff are very caring and engaged In their work. Some we didn’t jive with as well. The staff have a difficult job and there aren’t many of them to deal with problems and more demanding residents. I think this is the same with all these types of facilities. Although there are newer facilities out there, and ones with more purpose built sl4-d units, this served our needs as it was close to family members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked with Scenic Acres for 3 years and I love the dynamics between staff and residents. I know that there are staff who left citing it is due to negative experiences, however, Managements' priority has always been our Residents and their well being, this is also my priority as being part of the Revera staff. Yes, it is true that staff is under a lot of pressure but so is the Management Team. They work just as hard as we do. The Executive Director is a hard worker. She is never idle and is not a fan of idleness nor does she stand for ANY form of disrespect towards staff who do work their butt off and especially towards our Residents. I would say from experience anyone who chooses to work at Scenic Acres have an iron will, strong constitution, and excel when under pressure. This is just my personal opinion as a former employee. There is a reason why the Residents there stay there until they either can no longer or until they have passed on. This is a wonderful place to call home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so touched by the care my mom received at Revera Scenic Acres. Everything, the facility, the programming, the staff, were exemplary. I must especially praise the team in the Waldman Wing, for those needing memory care (which was the case for my mom). The dignity, respect, patience and love of those caregivers in particular made a world of difference for my mom - and for me. I felt so fortunate that we were able to secure a room at this facility. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Revera Scenic Acres is a remarkable Assisted Living facility staffed by caring and compassionate people. From our introduction to the Centre through Monika, to working with the Personal Care Aides, outstanding LPN's, Nurses and the AHS Care Manager, we could not have asked for more at a very challenging time for our Dad. Failing health necessitated Dad's move into a Long term care setting. Until that could be facilitated
( around the endless challenges of the Pandemic) the Scenic Acres staff worked with the family to keep him safe and comfortable.
The rooms are clean and well appointed, the food is outstanding and the environment is elegant and warm. Most importantly, residents are supported by highly professional staff who demonstrate compassion and respect for each individual.
