★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coating cracked on one of the lenses in less than a year. I took it back and I was told that it will take 8-10 days to get my glasses back. Associate told me 8-10 days is our normal turn around time.
In past I ordered new glasses or lenses changed and maximum turn around was 2-3 days. Even online order delivers in 1-3 business days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glasses were great cost me 400$ for one pair though, I found it more costly then other places. They also do not answer their phones, not answering phones during Covid is frankly ridiculous. People cant get the help they need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went yesterday and got glasses - The experience was pleasant, salesperson was friendly and offered advice when asked. They carry lots of brand names mostly Italian made frames and I could easy see that are quality made - not cheap ones like the other stores that I went. Prices were good comparable with the other stores - some even cheaper than the other places and they had more variety tons of designers name frames to select from - plus right now they are running December sale which was perfect. The experience was pleasant and I'm super pleased with my purchases and yes I will go back.

The selection of beautiful frames is enormous! Ashwani was able to quickly zoom in on the frames that best suited my face and personality. I give Kanda Optical my highest rating for value and service.
