Fast and friendly service at this location! They were able to get me in the next day on short notice before the long weekend. Had my tires rotated and balanced in an hour. Slightly longer than they had estimated, but they did more than just the balance I asked for, and still well within reason. They are doing good with social distancing and their covid measures, while still offering a waiting area for customers. Highly recommend buying tires at Kal Tire, and this location is a good one.

A pleasant day to everyone. I just want to inform the manager and everyone of this location about my BAD experience last Saturday, October 23rd. I brought my car around 11:20am to fix the FLAT TIRE at the back of passenger's seat. Not to mention the name of the guy who entertained us coz he was nice then. He asked my car key, I was confidently gave the car key knowing that they know what the car features. I have Hyundai Sta. Fe Sports, 2015. It has start push button. He said they will give me a call once the service is done. To make the story short I came back to the shop around 3pm if im not mistaken. When I get in to my car my car is beeping like the key can't detect. I pushed the start button and go home.( I was thinking that they only forgot to push the off button. That's why it was beeping) just ignored it coz we were busy of moving from one place to another. When I park my car and when I turned my vehicle off, it asks to put the vehicle in park when is already is. I went back to the shop and asked what they did do why my car has an issue now? Themechamic guy didn't say anything then tried to fix something in the car battery or sort of. After a few seconds they told me to bring at Hyundai dealer. My point here is, I was only asking them to fix my TIRE, and if they don't know how to start the car please phone the owner of the car and ask how. The Hyundai diagnosed that the GEAR SHIFT FORCED TO PLACE IN DRIVE WITHOUT stepping on the break pedal. I paid $175 for diagnosed only and Now I need to order parts for my car to be able to fix it amounting to $285 plus tax and labor cost. DO YOU THINK THIS IS FAIR??? The KALTIRE must LIABLE TO ALL MY EXPENSES. HOPE YOU GUYS MAKE ANY ACTION for this. I would appreciate it if you do. Thanks!

I had new tires put on my pickup, when went to pick it up, tires were all set at different psi, asked to have them checked again, was told to park in-front of door one, waited 45 minutes and no one came to check them.

Showed up to get a tire patched, They helped me right away and were very professional. Best place to come to for excellent service every time.

$77 for a 30 min headlight bulb change by an apprentice that I could’ve done myself if I had a single wrench (out of province so was in a pickle). Next time I’ll be buying myself a wrench and doing it myself in 15 minutes. I believe $77 when I brought the replacement bulb myself is steep. 2 stars because I was able to be seen without an appointment.
