These guys are excellent, from the greeting to installation, even though we had a little glitch on the install, guys not there on time, they apologized, & got the floor done on time and well done.Ryan the manager followed up after, offered some solutions to maintenance concerns we had. overall a initially stress filled decision, was all for naught in the final result....Thanks again

Best service we received, Best price, of the 3 stores in the area we went to, our sales person suggested an ungraded product according our family & dog , for which we were grateful, instead of just selling us on price alone. glad we went here first, we went back, could have saved ourselves a day of bs, love our floor

We would really recommend this place to buy flooring from. Went their for our basement carpet and tile, they had in stock. Got a pretty good deal and picked up the same day. Great service

Recently had them install some new flooring in my upstairs bathroom. Although there was a bit of a hiccup in the original flooring I chose, the final result was great. The sales staff was very helpful and the installer was friendly and professional. Thanks Floorit for another great project.

I have come in on a couple of occasions and have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. We only made a small purchase, but everything was done in a timely manner and was reasonably priced. Our salesperson, Hannah, was knowledgeable and even gave us samples to take with us to compare. Once installed, the flooring looked great and was everything we wanted. Thank you so much for that! If we have any future purchases we will be sure to return!

Apparently the store was only interested in making a quick sale. We asked to see vinyl flooring. Shown rolls of vinyl on a rack machine, then some sample books. We liked a particular pattern, asked about wear/thickness and was given very basic information. Apparently we needed to be knowledgeable about the various vinyl products. Opted for the chosen pattern to be installed for 3 rooms - kitchen, small laundry room, and small bathroom. We requested baseboard removal and appliances. Asked how it would be installed and was told either glued to existing vinyl or old would be removed and all would be glued down. Salesperson provided quote and it was accepted. Installers showed up, they were polite (language issues though), proceeded to advise that old vinyl would need to be removed in kitchen and bathroom but not laundry room. They asked if we were removing appliances, no, we paid to have them removed. The installers weren’t prepared to move any appliances, they did not have straps for moving appliances and proceeded to push/drag appliances onto a carpeted area. They didn’t come with a broom so had to use ours. Day 1 After removing appliances in kitchen (dragged/pushed) they ripped up the old vinyl, which lifted like a piece of paper off the floor, then moved to laundry room and decided it was good to glue new on top of it, then removed bathroom vinyl. They scraped the floors and then had to apply a leveler. Was told it would require 2 days for leveler to dry but after the first coat said it dried fast so could do the other layer. Day 2 When they returned to install they proceeded to unroll vinyl but hadn’t removed the baseboards and weren’t prepared to do that until I explained we paid for that to be done. Also out of concern because it appeared they weren’t going to scrape the flooring before installing – sharp objects from the leveler would have pierced the vinyl, had to ask, they did scrape the floor. Vinyl was installed in kitchen and bathroom. Again, had discussion about appliance removal, this time about washer and dryer – you would think that everyone involved would understand that because the kitchen and laundry room were being done that there were 4 appliances – nope! Installers unable to continue install in afternoon due to a personal reason and stated would be back the following day as both needed to be there to move washer/dryer. Day 3 Installers showed up, proceeded to move washer/dryer without proper straps (used hold down straps!). Completed vinyl install in laundry room, finished off baseboards throughout. Moved appliances back in place, sort of since had difficulty using hold down straps not moving straps! Lots of debris scattered over beige carpet during installation resulting in soiling of carpet. After work was completed received updated invoice showing moving of 4 appliances, apparently when you have a kitchen and laundry room there is only 2 appliances or they don’t consider washer/dryer an appliance so initial invoice was incorrect, even though we paid to have appliances moved as was baseboard removal. Invoice needed to be adjusted as transitions weren’t installed as per purchase and then received updated invoice considerably higher than quote. Salesperson should have taken more time to explain what their quote really meant since we believed everything was covered based on our discussions. Also the type of vinyl flooring that we purchased to our surprise, found out when installer advised us, was a cushion vinyl flooring. Not sure where this type is meant to be installed but we have serious concerns about the durability of it. Would have been nice if that had been pointed out, the pros and cons, as I said, didn’t find out until they began installation. Had Home Depot install carpet throughout our home, no surprises and work was completed as per quote. Disappointed with this purchase/install

Nice variety. Good selection. Knowledgeable staff. After careful consideration I spoke with Darren at the store and discussed the Google reviews with him before finalizing our purchase. We were content with the discussion and decided to move forward with our purchase. We ordered linoleum for the bathrooms, laminate floor throughout the 3 bedroom home and carpet for two large bedrooms. The carpet we chose was a very high quality product used in hotels for lobbies and rooms. It came with a carpet pad built in, I have never seen that before. This carpet looks luxurious and vacuums very well, the pile is thick and very soft. Darren came to the home on two occasions to see how things were going and to deliver some door trim. He asked about upgrading the linoleum to the same as the laminate and I refused as I had done on 2 or 3 occasions before. When the installer was installing the laminate he also suggested that I not use the linoleum and put the laminate right through the bathrooms as well. I told him that my concern was water damage and that I thought the linoleum would be better. But as he was doing the install I changed my mind as I realized Darren and the installer were right the laminate not only looked better but the floor was also water tight. This was my mistake and I made the last minute change. Floor it allowed me to reimburse the linoleum for the vinyl laminate with no penalty or extra charges. I paid a large deposit on this order and I was told the delivery and install could be done on my schedule, only two weeks away, however my renovation was taking a lot longer to complete than anticipated. I re-booked this install three different times and had to cancel each time. I realize how frustrating this was for the the store, but they never let on that it disturbed them at all. They were more than patient with us and had come to home to measure and see the work being done, so they knew it was not an excuse. They work with us so very well. My wife and I are thrilled with the finished job. The workmanship of the installer was amazing, a real professional and a very nice guy. Darren at the store level, represented the company very, very well. Another real professional. They also allowed us to pay the rest of our invoice when the work was complete. We had no issue a few days after completion going in to clear our account with them. I would highly recommend this company and the quality products they sell. I found the pricing to be very good and the install was a treat. It's this kind of quality product and great service and install that allows companies like Floor It survive for all these years in business in Saskatoon. We loved dealing with these guys. Thanks You, Brian & Mariela Fagan
