★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a small flood in my basement and these folks were great to deal with. Dale Kerpan was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick with responses to my calls and questions.
The carpet and lino installers were great. I'm still amazed that the lino guy managed to craft only one piece to go into a very small room with a furnace and water heater. It's almost like he removed both appliances to lay down the flooring and then put them on top. Seamless!
All of the staff involved were very flexible with my schedule (I work from home), and I'd recommend them to anyone needing flooring work.

We worked with Dale through our entire selection process. Dale's product knowledge was very impressive. We found he kept our preferred style/preferences and budget in mind at all times. We will definitely be going back to Braid when it comes time to finish our basement.

Their sales people are down-to-earth, yet professional; their installers are proficient, tidy, polite and ON TIME! :) My order was complete, the follow-up was timely and courteous, and when I was in a jam at 4:50 PM on a Friday afternoon, they answered the phone and had a solution! They were informative yet not pushy, and they have an amazing selection. Their prices are definitely competitive and have the added value of a no hassle service! They work as a team and you are not left hanging! Braid will be my future flooring choice without a doubt. You should try them! You will not be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service. The heavy set older gentleman working there should be on close supervision, unable to answer simple questions and comes off very abrasive. Luckily there is enough competition on the same street to not need to ever return here. Wouldn't recommend to anyone after my experience.

I ordered forty-four boxes of flooring November 23. Horrible communication from the Braid team and four promised delivery dates. I understand delays (especially right now with a pandemic), but both the James (sales person) and Clinton (installation coordinator) admitted there was no excuses for this happening.
Thankfully, I documented it all in emails. When it didn’t show up on the last scheduled date I contacted James to cancel the order. Magically they were able to deliver within the hour.
Side note: I did cancelled the installation and will find someone independent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Braid flooring began when they welcomed us into their showroom. Many showrooms in the city didn't even say hi to us when we walked around. Braid was not pushy, but made sure that we knew they were happy to help us when we were ready. They worked with us to find solutions that allowed us to install a spectacular product but stay within our budget. Lastly, when the subcontracted installer flaked out from the job, Danny and Dino went above and beyond to personally complete work in our house and find other contractors to quickly complete the work. If you are looking for flooring solution that will graciously work with you in all situations, Braid flooring is the place to go.
