★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to a few local flooring and tile places before deciding to use Western Carpet One based on their exceptional customer service. They have a nice large show room with lots of samples and the staff is quick to make sure you are well taken care of.
I highly recommend working with Tammy, she patiently worked with me to help select my kitchen floor and backsplash for my new kitchen reno. She provided honest feedback and thoughtful suggestions, and was overall a lovely person to work with.

Then, he assisted in providing a range of tiles to do our backsplash along with all of the necessary installation materials. I don't even consider going to another store for my flooring needs. Service and selection is second to none!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With our insurance claim, we were assigned David Epp from Western Carpet One. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with David!
First, we had no idea we needed an appointment, so we just showed up there asking for him. He was actually not even supposed to be working that day, but was in his office. He came out to help us with no hesitation and did not rush us whatsoever. He took the time to answer all of our questions, showed us a huge variety of the samples in our price range, and even took the time to style the samples in the Herringbone pattern that I wanted. The installation of the flooring happened quickly and once it had been completed, we received a follow-up call from David, checking in on how things were.
We are so in love with our beautiful flooring. David made this entire process so easy and seamless. We were so stressed out about having to make an insurance claim but David made this experience so much better! Thank you so much David and Western Carpet One!
