After trying about 5 repair shops in Saskatoon early in the morning, Audrey's was friendly, understanding, and most importantly had time for us! They got us back on the road in a few short hours. My alternator was installed well, and for a great price. Thank you Audrey's for getting me and my pup back on the road!

My biggest thanks to Audrey's and crew for getting my ol' Ford in on short notice, AND having a rental car available. And for finding an otherwise unknown issue with leaking transmission cooler lines that would have been a problem down the road. Always my go to repair shop when my vehicle won't go. While doing a search on FB for female approved mechanics in Saskatoon I stumbled upon an active thread full of women and many good recommendations. The cream obviously rose to the top and the first choice recommendation was for Audrey’s Auto Repair. The name rang a bell with me but I hadn’t had a service done there yet. Boy was I missing out. From the moment of first contact by phone I was made to feel comfortable. I was accommodated within a couple of days and offered a ride home and back to the shop should I require one. You are never left worrying or wondering about your vehicle for long. I had staff checking on things. Reporting back to me and generally making me feel like I was being very well taken care of. I have never experienced a service such as this before. Bravo. Not long after I dropped my vehicle I had a very detailed and professional vehicle analysis emailed to me. This is a extremely useful tool for their customers. It included a picture of my vehicle as well as a pic and info about the staff who were tending to me and my ride. I was informed about what they found that was alright with the vehicle. What was recommended as a future service and as well what their deep dive actually found wrong with it. And what their recommendations were going forward. I was provided a reasonable quote to repair it. Then was asked to call in to chat about it. And I ok’d the repair. It was then done on the spot and I had my vehicle back within hours that day. The staff also contacted me a couple days after to make sure that my vehicle is working properly and that I am happy with the service I received. Incredible really. I feel so grateful that I found this business. Ladies. ( and gents of course) if you are looking for a Suoerior woman owned business to take care of you and your vehicles. And with solid qualified staff within that you can genuinely trust…You really need to check this one out. I’m not going to trust my vehicles to anyone else.

Stopped in last minute when my vehicle stopped heating and started smoking on my way home to MB from AB with my kids. Super cold morning. They got me right in and we were on our way shortly after. Very impressed and so thankful!

Super friendly, very good explanations of what is going on with my vehicle. Fair prices. They check in for updates (and not just when my car is in getting repaired). Overall I am very impressed with the level of service (mechanical and customer). I won't take my car anywhere else for repairs or maintenance now. Staff and owners are amazing!

Audrey's was recommended to me by a friend. Looked at their reviews and decided to go for it and I was not disappointed! From the get go I was welcomed and was told what the process was. I received a shuttle ride home. I received a text and email detailing what the problem was and what needed repairs. Everything was outlined clearly and how much the repair cost. It was well under what the dealership quoted. The repair was done quickly and there was clear communication throughout the repair process. Everyone I dealt with there genuinely loves their job and it really showed in how they take of their customers. I would highly recommend them!
