I've given KalTire so many chances. What's that about insanity? Doing the same thing and expecting a different result? No more. There have been so many issues over the last few years - from minor to major - and each time KalTire apologizes and says they will make it right. But it's like what is promised at the desk, and what you get in the end are just different things. The last 2 times I bought new tires, I asked for a simple thing... ignored and done wrong both times. Just spent the cash on a new set again, and asked 3 times for one simple thing - even got the desk agent to write it on the work order. Re-assured over and over it was no problem. Once again ignored, this time it's for the last time. Sorry KalTire, we just aren't working out. It's not you, it's me. No wait.... it's totally you.

I'm super disappointed. I brought my car in to get my winters on. I left and my car scraped the ground all the way home... and to work. I couldn't get ahold of anyone of course and now they are closed Sunday. My muffler literally made no noise and now all it does it drag on the ground. I'll be calling Monday morning to get this resolved. Until then I'm leaving this review. I'm not sure how a muffler got involved and I just wanted my tires on. I can't go to work tomorrow now... without fear of further damaging my vehicle. That I didn't break!

Time and time again we try to bring our business here, but we never seem to get treated very well, they are always too busy to make you feel like you count. Prices are also very high especially if you want a tire that's not their own brand or if it's not a tire they push to sell. We think there are much better tire shop's around!

My sister was in your shop to purchase new winter tires and have her summers removed . She brought in old tires on rims for new winter tires. When she returned to pick up car there was grease on the floor mat driver side . Also two of the summer tires had been deflated. This was the second year that grease was on the floor mat and she spoke to you last year about this. She has been a customer at your place for over 11years. How much over a thousand dollars do you need to spend to get good service?

Great service at this location. I was in a hurry to head out of town on business and of course I get a flat tire!. They fit me in quickly with no issues and got me on the road! Thank you Kal Tire!

I heard from someone that Cal Tires does free tire patching. I didn't believe it, I was told to go check it out... so they do patch tires for free but only if you bought them from Kal Tire. So I left, because I don't know where the tires were bought from, as I'm borrowing the vehicle!

I was thrilled to be able to get my car in for a wheel alignment the same day as I called. The work was done within the 2 hours that they had projected. When I came to pay the bill and pick up the car it gave me A graphic printout of my wheel alignment Before & After. Green denotes that it's within the standards and red it is not not. I noticed that the right front camber was red. When I asked the representative why it was left that way he said it was so close to the green that they decided it was good enough.. That same that same right front was in the green before they started. I didn't really like it he like it but had to take his word that it was OK. When I got home I noticed at the bottom of the page in red printing it said "One or more values are not within specification. Tire wear, handling and safety problems may result." How can it be OK if they have a warning at the bottom of the page is my question question. And my 2nd question is if I was a man would they have rwturned the vehicle with anything but green on all factors of camber, caster and toe?

when i picked up my vehicle after having the seasonal tire switch we realized that my old replaced winter tires had been stored instead of my summer tires (which probably only had one more summer left in them), were now on my vehicle. The staff, Herry, Kevin and Chris quickly worked out a solution to fit me with new summer tires at a reduced cost which they put on my car by the end of the day and they also waved my storage fee. an excellent solution to a fixable mistake. thank you so much. m.e. fraser.
