N	Nicole Ross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some body work done at Craftsman Collision in March 2021. I was so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism that Bonnie and her team displayed. From the very beginning, Bonnie and Lindsay were fantastic to deal with. They had a rental car ready for me when I dropped my vehicle off which made the transition seamless. The repairs that were done, were done perfectly and in a timely fashion. They even offered information about resources I could access to get some additional items repaired (I wanted to do them myself). I would highly recommend Craftsman Collision for any service or repair. You will not get any better customer service anywhere! Unfortunately experiencing great customer service is getting rarer, but no need to worry here, they are first class!!

Brought my vehicle in for a standard ICBC claim, and it was a poor experience from the start. Had to keep after the staff here for 6 weeks to get any information from there with no luck, and finally had to go in to confront them. After explaining some technicalities Bobbi refused to work on my vehicle, and sent me somewhere else. Morale of the story; If they are going to jerk you around and then send you somewhere else, go somewhere else first. Giant waste of my time.

They got my truck in in quickly and work was done as quick as as possible. I highly recommend them for any of your needs. The type of repair for my 2019 Subaru Outback was recommended by Bobbi (Paint less repair of fender depression) and it now looks as original. The insurance rental process while my car was in repair was seamless, the clean-up and detail after the work was completed was a nice touch, the car was completed during the day of drop-off and the staff interaction with the client was delightful. I would have no reservations with a recommendations for Craftsman at all (I don't have family or friends working there either); I really like the paint less repair process. John Haroldson
