Dave helped me through the decision process patiently and accurately and then professionally placed the order for a canopy and Thule accessories that fit my needs. Pricing was right on the mark and the level of courtesy was fantastic. At installation time all was done as promised and in a timely manner. Each step of the process was executed beyond my expectation. It's good to see customer service is alive and well. Thanks Dave!

The auto lock feature was not working - electronic issue. I went to Toyota and as it turns out my truck was the root of the problem. A head unit change on warranty took care of the issue and the auto lock feature now works. Great feature for caps!! Worth every penny. The guys there were all great. Dave made sure that his tech doing the work took the time to explain to me what he had done and the troubles he was experiencing. The timeline for ME to get the truck fixed was a bit of issue as it dragged on for 2 months or so. I was slammed at work …. . They were patient, cordial and took the time to follow up with me. They made the effort and that goes a long way. If I ever have to buy anything that I figure Cap-it will sell, they will always be my first call. These guys get it!

Above and beyond, they called a couple of days after install to make sure I was happy. They were quick to get me in and quick to get me out. Highly recommend.

They have been helping with a project truck over the last few months and I can't begin to express my amazement. This appointment did not go as planned. Right at the finish line it went way wrong. Working hard to solve the mystery, they stayed till the end and never quit. I won't go into detail because I believe what they did is not a normal service they provide. However you need to know the staff has passion, respect and determination. I believe this crew is number one and would never let you down. You can't buy that. Sincerely grateful and looking forward to the next stage.

The first parts guy was of NO HELP and made me feel like I was imposing on him. Dave asked if he had check a few other sites the parts guy said "no I didn't, and if you want to take over from me go right ahead, I just want to go home". At that point Dave took over and it wasn't long before he found what I was looking for. Thanks Dave for taking over !!!!. If it were not for Dave I would have left and never returned. There is still more stuff I want and when I go back I will only deal with Dave.
