★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broken down motorcycle! Rear wheel bearings done on a BMW! With a little ingenuity they were able to provide the bearings and dust cover! First class business! They went out of their way to help a stranded rider! Above and beyond!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this place at all, they have sold me parts that did not fit and wont return them. Manger does not even listen to the complaint after almost burning down my house and damaged my property because the part caused a small fire.
Great customer service, will never shop here again. Do not trust the advice they provide or the parts they recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took them almost 1.5 hours to deliver a car battery half way across town and the counter guy billed the wrong battery; driver goes back another half hour passed by phoned them and asked where the battery is. Driver just left and is making other deliveries. Hope nobody needs parts right away because these are completely incompetent at their job. If I could give negative stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn’t be more unhappy with my experience at Bumper to Bumper. Wally was absolutely useless and treated me with such disrespect I couldn’t believe it. If I weren’t picking up parts that were already ordered I would have walked out. He was huffing the entire time and acted like I had majorly inconvienenced him for coming in. On top of all this, he double charged for a $200 part! I highly recommend shopping elsewhere. If I could put put negative stars, I would.
