★ ★ ★ ★ ★ David the mechanic was awesome!!! Took his time to explain the finer details of the repair. Found the most cost efficient wheel for the budget. Repair was completed in a timely fashion. Called to let me know when my bike was ready. Best experience in vernon for local bike shop service. Highly recommend visiting sun country for service/ sale/ general questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some really great service from the Sun Country Cycle team! My bike made it from Alaska all the way to Vernon this year on the back of my car and was in desperate need of some love. The team tuned up my bike and now it's in top condition again.
Highly recommend Sun Country Cycle and their team.

Came in to purchase a bike in the size/model I needed/wanted and right away was shown a bike out of price range because they didn't want to spend the time and build up the size and model of bike I wanted. Really frustrating when you travel from another city to make a purchase and are rushed out of the store because of the time of day it is and they don't want to accomodate you with 2hrs of still being open to accommodate a customer. Sadly will be shopping somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bike shop is amazing ! When you walk in the doors it’s full of quality products and the staff is incredible. I recently purchased my trek slash in carbon blue from the shop and they went above and beyond to help set up my bike ! From the suspension set up all the way to 10 minutes of fidgeting with the dropper post to make it the correct height. I was absolutely blown away by the level of service I was given ! I never would get that kinda of service at home here in Kamloops so hats off !! I will definitely be back to get my future bikes from this store from now on, it was worth the drive. thank you once again for being so amazing !
