★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my bike in for it's 10 hour check up and I was looked at like I had 3 heads from a young man with a red beard that works there. He went on to say my bike is old which it's not and the 10 hour check up is for the first 6 months. Needless to say I felt embarrassed because other people where in the store I find this guy has no respect or professionalism towards me, he has no idea how many hours I have on my bike well I do and he made me feel like I was lying well that kid has no idea what goes on in one's life. I will not ever step foot in that business again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a small bike shop in kaslo bc, and finding parts is a full time job for me. I went to Olympic and the owner helped me out with chains and links, he was super helpful and extremely understanding of my situation. I highly recommend everyone go and get your bike serviced there. Great shop, great staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped a bike of for front shock service and rear shock rebuild…fast forward 3.5 months, 5 phone calls and finally I received my bike back. Turns out after assuring me the shock could be rebuilt in house they had to ship it out to Ion which was a surprise to me. My final bill included shipping and I was proceeded to be told by two people that I requested the shock be shipped. Frustrating…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Olympia to replace my old and uncomfortable ski boots. They ask you to make an appointment and go through a process to ensure that the fit is great. Neal found the right boot and footbed. The result is the most comfortable boot I have ever had. My wife had injuries in her feet that made boots incredibly uncomfortable and Neal found a perfect fit for her as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got my boots fitted by Neal and I can’t express how fantastic Neal was; patient, calm, understanding while been highly skilled and knowledgeable. Mixing kindness and patience with skill and knowledge is hard to find in the boot fitting world.
I get my boots direct from Lange but Neal took the time to get me set up, built a footbed and did lots of grinding and punching.
Regardless of your level of skiing, I can’t help but recommend Neal and the team at Olympia, doesn’t matter if you’re getting your first boots or you’re a seasoned pro, treat your feet and see the team at Olympia!

I bought some gloves and pedals for the upcoming season and I stoked on them! The pedal recommendation they made was spot on and made a huge difference in my riding
