★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The contractor who is charge of building these homes, Ray Abrams, is not a good business man. He hired out companies to do things like the brickwork, carpentry, plumbing etc. But doesn't pay them. If you're a contractor and plan to do work for this man, DONT. He has been died more than a few times for lack of paying his workers. The work itself is not the problem, but also, if you are planning to buy a home, be prepared, there will be a lien placed on your home for monies owed to subcontractors
