★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked Denoble Homes for a quote to build my family a new house via their own website inquiry form. They did not respond. So I phoned them a week later, and the lady told me they hadn't decided whether they were even interested in doing my job or not. Apparently wanting to spend almost a million dollars with them wasn't worth their time to even reply to me one way or the other.

The finishings are outstanding and the layout really makes sense. I look forward to purchasing a DeNoble home in the future and will recommend them to anyone I meet that is thinking of purchasing a new build! Looking forward to seeing how their new Natura development in West Whitby turns out!
