★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live in a "high markup" home and our million dollar home (from 2012) has currently 2 roof leaks which we have buckets catching the rain in the bedroom. The roofer said our house has "poor workmanship", and highmark said that there is nothing they can do as our house is past 2 years old.
If you are considering being ripped off by Highmark Homes, then you should really talk to a few owners first. They are a joke.
