Jolene was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Extremely professional and was there when we needed to be provided with timely and accurate info, whether we knew it our not. She is definitely a market expert in this region. With two young kids that sure helped. Trying to move over 2500km during a pandemic was unique. But she worked with us to make it safe and enjoyable as she truly did remove a lot of stress from the process. We even had viewings via Facetime. When it came to the in-person experience, we travelled to Kelowna and with Jolene's assistance she lined us up with an Air BnB condo as well she made suggestions of local dining options to enjoy. Upon arrival we had our multi-day itinerary of home viewings and suggestions for our free time which included travelling potential work commutes and viewing schools in each district, which really did assist with our purchasing decision. The experience ended with us offering on the 21st of 23 homes we viewed on the compressed trip. Followed by Jolene's continued professionalism as we dealt with home inspector, lawyers, bankers, the seller, etc from afar. All with Jolene providing timely info or support as required. Never did we feel the 'sale' was closed off on by Jolene, she made the experience human instead of a making us a number. To complete our purchase experience the right way, she went over and above delivering us a welcoming gift basket of local Okanagan products and literature, super classy using local fare to fill the welcome basket.
