★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great coffee shop. Good coffee, decent selection of savoury and sweet offerings. I’m a big fan of the Beyond Meat sausage breakfast wrap. Busy location but ample seating. They have outdoor seating as well and garage door style windows that open up in summer to give it that indoor/outdoor feel. Great spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite coffee place in Vancouver with several locations. Great selection of single origin coffees as well as some excellent blends including my favorite, Eastside Blend. Buy one 340 gr. Bag of beans and get a free coffee. Very nice baked goods, friendly staff and great vibe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location with great coffee. For you outdoors types, plenty of outdoor seating. A shortage of plug in spots for laptops is the only downside. Until you start working, just make sure you have enough fuel. But you'll have fantastic coffee either way.
The first thing I saw were these incredible muffins and croissants, and I walked in. I bought two muffins and a croissant of almonds, both of which were really good. On the inside, the muffins were not too sweet and juicy, the croissant was distinct, not light and fluffy like the croissant

Gets so packed n busy on weekends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I haven't been at this location for awhile, but my family and friends used to bike here and have a coffee and treat for many years. Today I had to wait for someone so I decided to order a coffee to go.
The service was fine, there wasn't many people inside. The inside and outside seem a little run down, lots of marks on walls and not very clean. Maybe there is a staff shortage and just can't keep it up properly, not really sure.
I took my coffee and go, later when I took a sip it was awful. I'm not sure why but the fellow who made my coffee absolutely did not know what he was doing, I ended up throwing it in the trash - a far cry from my past experiences. I like JJ Bean coffee and had bought a few bags of beans in the past to brew at home.
Hopefully as summer is coming up things will change as there are plenty of good coffee shops on the Drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s a folksy, small-town feel to this JJ Beans but it can get busy at peak times. The mix-and-match chairs and tables are comfortable. Lots of windows in this older corner storefront building keep the interior bright. Ample seating on the outdoor patio where your dog can wait under the table while you enjoy a good cup of coffee ☕️
