★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the shop a few times for treatments for my pinched nerve and I am very satisfied with the team that helped me. Masumi Thurbull was able to sort out a stretch and exercise plan that helped me recover and Kenneth Moy provided useful homecare massages and better breathing techniques that helped with loosen up muscles of the upper extremity (who knew i was breathing wrong - he did).
They were very knowledgeable and took time to follow up. I really felt like they cared about helping me get better.
Worth visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've seen a few different practitioners here (Michelle, Trevor P, Beth, and Colin) and always been grateful for their knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness. They've had great success helping me with a variety of issues including sports injuries, limited mobility, and repetitive strain.
The space is great and booking and payment are very convenient as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super knowledgeable, friendly and skilled staff here at The Physio Shop. Trevor has always fixed my problems and got my back on track in no time. Their team never rushes you and tries to get you out the door. They take time to work on your problem and fix the issue. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained and the customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not one to usually write reviews, but my experience at the Physio Shop has been amazing. I worked with Kenneth Moy, who has helped me with a back problem I’ve struggled with for years. With his knowledge/guidance, we were able to find out what was going on with me, and rehab me back to 100%. He is now helping me with my shoulder, It’s truly amazing what help from the right person can do. I highly recommend the Physio shop, and specifically Kenneth Moy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ken provided excellent service and I highly recommend him and the Physio shop. I really appreciated Ken’s knowledge, patience (with my questions) and sense of humour. He explained the treatment in a way that I understood and helped motivate me to do the recovery exercises between sessions and beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend Ken Moy. He does a great job of identifying the root of the issue, and he provides a unique approach to physiotherapy which goes beyond just temporary relief. He provides exercises and techniques to address imbalances and underlying issues which provide more long-term relief. Friendly, personable and accommodating. 5/5 would recommend him to anyone interested in an excellent physio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally decided to get my shoulder looked at after going to Accupuncture for a year, tried water massage, nothing helped.
I got a workout designed specifically for my injury, and after 2 weeks my shoulder is feeling stronger and pain is almost gone.
I still have a ways to go with my program, but they give u an app to follow and watch the videos.
Very professional, and Trevor is also a golfer, so he was the ideal person to get treatment from.
I would recommend them tho everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is fabulous! The team that work there are friendly, the studio is very attractive and the location is perfect. Trevor is a Physio Therapist par excellence! He was like an amazing wizard with my wrist injury! He was so kind, empathetic and gentle. He diagnosed De Quervain's Tenosynovitis in minutes and even identified some related neck issues I hadn't even mentioned but he picked up on so quickly! Magic! He created a beautiful custom splint for me, gave me a few clear and easy to manage instructions and just 1 simple exercise and in just days I was cured! It really was unbelievable! Furthermore, when I went back to follow up (and praise him!) - he kindly gave me a simple exercise to prevent recurrence and then sent me on my way, not even charging me for his time! Quick, effective, and efficient. I couldn't have been more pleased! If I could give them more stars I definitely would!
