The happy and warm greeting from the staff make it easy to approach ask questions with great feedback. Alway have time to listen and help making pain and difficulties their priority in giving you the best techniques to ease and make you feel more comfortable
I have been to other clinics that cannot compare with the atmosphere and friendly environment at Eastside Clinic

His assistant is also very helpful and very nice. I will keep coming here when I need to have Physio. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent care in a relaxed setting. Expect to be 1-2 hrs, if you need to leave at a specific time tell your physio so when you arrive. I've been to many many physios over the years and Gina, Edson, and Debbie are some of the best I've been to.

I had a wry neck and Edson helped so much, service was excellent and he educated me on what was the issue in a helpful way that I easily understood. I have been to a couple of other physio therapists before, but I will recommend this place in the future. The next day I was feeling such a difference and was able to get back to work. Thanks Edson and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk lady is rude and doesn't know how to clearly communicate in a professional setting. Reply: I accompanied a friend and talked to the front desk via phone. I did attend your clinic with them, I was present there with the friend both in person and via phone and I will not be coming back with or without them. People can interact with front desk regarding inquiries and more information before deciding to become a patient or not, no? The bad attitude of front desk plays a huge role and the fact that it's such a displeasure speaks volumes. Front desk is the first line of communication with customers and you lose a lot of customers by being rude. I edited the post since you asked about my name/situation? Instead of reflecting on your service? So I explained? Not sure what your argument is. You asked a question so I responded. Idk who is replying here but maybe the entire clinic has bad customer service if this is someone else. Even with your replies here it's evident that you are unprofessional and snarky.
