★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vape Street is only a couple minute walk from the Commercial-Broadway sky train station. It’s an organized, little vape shop with a good selection of juices. They carry their own house brand at very competitive prices. They also have a points system so with each purchase you can collect points and eventually redeem them for store items. FYI: You cannot collect points when you purchase their house brand juices because they are already being sold at a low price point. I’m very pleased with the employees I’ve dealt with as well. They have all been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

They have a rewards program. You do need to give them your information though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every single time I go in there to get london fog (my personal favorite) it is ALWAYS SOLD OUT. I have tried at least 5 more times to get it with no luck. The one time they has it was the day I first tried it. Since.then nada. Now if i I was doing the ordering would it not make sense to increase or at the very least double your order of london fog? I bet I am not the only one this has happened to since it is a popular flavor. Very frustrating! Otherwise I have no complaints about the store or staff, very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and vape juices they sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a regular customer. One of the staff over charged me for the price of larger bottle. I wasn't aware of it until I checked the purchase history record. Last time I came back for reimbursement and told me to bring back the purchased bottle for prove. Then I came back with the bottle today. Now the Management decision saying that I need to bring the receipt as the purchase record on their system is not good enough prove for my purchase! What the @#$&+-&_$#_#¡?
Most of the staffs are great here. However the Management decision doesn't care about the customers. Good luck for refund if any of your purchase went wrong! They'll hide behind policy and technicality.
This shop policies and record system is not good enough for me or anyone who wants a fair deal. What a rip off!
(An update after I called and spoke with one of the warehouse staff. They are willing to reimburse me full amount as in record after I expressed my concern.
I'll rate 3 stars for me having to go through extra efforts to get what I deserved. At least they are willing to listen and correct the issue. I'll remove the 1 star rating.)
