D	Daniele Cisternino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked mpi to bring my vehicle here after my accident and at the beginning everything was fine. They gave me a loaner vehicle once my parts came in to fix my car. When they called me to pick it up, I looked at the repairs and they didnt fix parts of the car that were part of the collision. They didnt replace a couple of parts which you could tell looked out of place and didnt fit right. When I spoke to the manager he disregarded my concerns as he said he would have to justify those parts being part of the collision and said it was there before the accident. The manager didnt see the car ever in his life until after the collision so he wouldnt know that. It was a front end collision and the grill was damaged and he said mpi said just to reuse the grill. Since they did the estimate they should have filed a supplement, to which then he said they didnt do the estimate, mpi did which is a lie because mpi only takes photos and does not have a shop to lift the car and take it apart so he lied to my face. Its clear all this manager does is read off a piece of paper and has no common sense, he is unaware of whats going on in his shop. Avoid this place for your repairs. Update: MPI agreed with me and i finally got my grill replaced.

I'm so happy with the work that they did on it and the curtesy car was a major perk! Great shop that runs efficiently and the staff are very friendly.
E	Eric gee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place in Winnipeg to get service done on your vehicle. If you care about your car, don't even think about coming here. They have no idea what they're doing and the staff will lie straight to your face. Especially Paul and Sam. They will blame you for anything they can even if it is their fault. I had a wiper motor replaced by them after they broke it while replacing my back glass and the replacement did not function so I asked Paul about it and he said it was my problem and it's my cars wiring that is faulty. Knowing he wasn't truthful I went and purchased a motor myself and it worked fine, proving that they put in a faulty motor into my vehicle. He insisted it worked when they tested it outside of the vehicle but that doesn't make any sense considering my car was not the problem at all.

Our truck was ready a day later and it was so clean and smelled so nice. Definitely reccomend to go here for your repairs, and meet all these great folks.

When I picked up the truck it looked as good as new. This is the fifth time I brought a vehicle in for repair and have always been pleased with the service.
