★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the "double stack" burger and it was tiny.The burgers were so thin that there's no point in calling it a double stack.Very misleading and very poor value.The food was barely warm as well.Quality has gone downhill while prices have gone up.I used to like Wendy's and thought they were a cut above the average fast food franchises but not anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You guys suck, I bought half size salad 2 wks ago. This week I find you dont offer it anymore. Instead you only offer the full size. So let me understand that you are basically charging an extra 3 dollars for a couple more leafs of lettuce that is added to the salad. My family will not be going there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We never had our order taken. There was one car in the drive through. There was one skip the dishes delivery driver and no other customers. There were several employees. We waited about 10 minutes. An employee asked from behind the counter but not at the counter what order we were waiting for. I told her we hadn't been served yet. She walked away and no one came back.
After about 10 plus minutes we left without ordering
The service is beyond poor; it's no service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful staff! They exude positive energy. It’s a very family like atmosphere. Rarely do they make a mistake with the order, (McDonald’s on Main and Mountain, I’m looking at you), but if there ever is a problem, the staff and management are always helpful and make things right. I appreciate the variety of food. I have so many favourite items. Shout out to the chili, and the strawberry lemonade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few weeks back a gentleman behind us in line laid on his horn. I’m not sure what his issue was but he refused to talk or say why. The staff couldn’t take our order at the speaker so they did it at the window. This team will go above and beyond. While I’m sure the poor reviews aren’t lying, I highly doubt they had a 1 star experience without being obnoxious themselves. Wendy’s and A & W are Canada’s best chains.
