We are 100% satisfied with the quality of the work and customer service. This is by far the best auto body shop in Winnipeg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to replace front windshield. While taking delivery after replacing windshield work I noticed the side moldingsof the glass not fixed properly and hanging out. Reported this to the collision centre manager. He saw the mistake and instead of apologizing and getting it fixed he said they didn’t even touch that molding. When asked how they replaced the glass without touching it he replied ok wil order the parts (molding) and get it fixed as the old ones got damaged and cut but It wil take a couple weeks for them to fetch those parts.
Got a call from them after few days that the new moldings have arrived and I can come in anytime to get it fixed. Booked an appointment and went in the following week. After I reached the centre they realised the parts that they got are for the rear glass. I was sent back with an assurance they wil get the correct parts n get back to me.
After more than a month when I didn’t hear from them I called to check to which the manager said the company has stopped manufacturing those moldings and so they cannot fix a new one and if needed they can try n fix the old ones somehow.
Totally unhappy with the service provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BRING VEHICLE TO! Front desk workers were amazing and friendly but workers and supervisors are shiesty rude liars. once "fixed" vehicle was so dirty they were trying to hide something, after looking closer the BRAND NEW bumper had a huge dent and scratch. The supervisor Tom or Tod never looked at it and just signed off on it to get it out the door. Gave them the chance to rectify, waited a few days past the day he said it would be ready and I had to call in for an update, no customer service. shop claimed they called MPI multiple times to add to the claim but did not hear back. mpi advised me they had no record of contact and that the shop did not follow protocol of sending in the updated claim electronically. mpi also advised me the shop purposely did not send in the added claim info because they knew it would be denied and would affect the shops rating. When i picked up my vehicle for the second time I told the shop what mpi disclosed to me and that he was caught lying. The supervisor has no customer service skills, is rude, lies and all around does not do a good job of inspecting the work before approving it. I will never return to this shop and will be spreading the bad reviews.
