$171.00 dollars for an oil change and air filter on a 4 cylinder Honda! That's without taking the up sell "engine flush". These quick oil service shops have a bad name and it's because of places like this. The manager was professional but there is no excuse for such outrageous charges. Never again!

DO NOT GO HERE. I went for a full synthetic oil change, a few weeks later my check oil light comes on and after checking the oil level, found that there was literally no oil in the car. I have never had that problem with this car. I'm not sure yet if they didn't put the plug at the bottom of the oil pan back on properly or as some sort of sick joke they didn't even put oil in my car after they drained it???

It was an overall fun and quick experience! Christian was so sweet and funny. He gave my boyfriend a flower made of tissue paper so he can give it to me as a cute Christmas gift! It was a great and overall professional experience! We will definitely be coming back here for future oil changes :)

5 minutes before going in for tire repair. I inspected the entire tire to find the bolt stuck in my tire, including the side walls. They "suddenly" found a second screw half way up the inner side wall. And told me it could not be fixed and I had to replace. Shady if you ask me. Stop in their lot and video your entire tire including the inside side wall. Just in case these guys are doing what I think their doing. Never going back there again. Somebody there is on commission and are not afraid to ruin your perfectly good tire to sell you a new one. Buyer beware.

Bad service ever, Philippine guy doesn’t know how to talk to customers. I went for low tires. When I went there I saw no one and I tried to enter my car as the door was open. I went second time, but the first time the location was different. I entered and no one said something. I thought we can enter. Then this guy came from the front and said you can’t come like this as this is the policy for safety. I said sorry to him for that. Then I got call from someone and he came again and started saying the same thing that I have to listen him. I told him that I was unaware about that and I already said you sorry, and you don’t have to repeat. He started cursing. I don’t know If there is policy then they have to put board that please do not enter unless there is someone in-front of you to guide. New person don’t know companies policies as I never worked for Mr. lube and never read there policies. I also tried to explain him that I parked once before and no-one said something. Then he said we are providing you free service and all and I have to follow. Also, he said me to leave. Worst service ever. Policy also says to help the clients and filling air in tires is free for everyone from Mr. Lube. He was not doing any favour on me, he has to do his job not argument’s . Also, he doesn’t own Mr. lube. he is just a normal employee and behaved like a owner. He need to learn etiquettes. Also he is getting pay for his job not working free. He is using f words at workplace to the customers. He has to keep using these words at home or to himself not at workplace.

Unfortunately there was a miscommunication that resulted in us not getting what we understood was being purchased. We asked all the right questions and we were given the assurance that are price included all what we asked for. However it did not. We promptly addressed this matter with the manager. He explained that he had communicated to the tech that what we were asking for was not available however, we were not told the same. That aside, the manager explained to me in that call that even if it were available, it was not included in the price quoted. Again, we asked all the right questions prior to agreeing to have the purchase/service completed. After a lengthy discussion, the manager agreed to look into the matter and promised to call back within a couple of days. I'm still waiting. I will say the manager did conduct himself professionally during the entire call and I admit I was very upset. Despite the fact that we had a difference of opinion on how the situation played out, I will still give him credit for his professionalism...now if he'd only call me back...

The oil change was done correctly but the service I received from the attendant was poor. He kept trying to sell me different services that I didn't need such as a transmission fluid change when I could tell by looking at the fluid that it was perfectly fine. At no point did he even ask why kind of oil I wanted, he just started adding it. At the end of the appointment he didn't ask about resetting the oil change light which is a courtesy that I'm used to. I wish that when I went that I wasn't constantly bombarded with sales upgrades because otherwise the quality of work is excellent

Friendly dudes all around. What I do like is there’s no appointment necessary, first come first serve which can help when in a bind. The guys that work there are down to earth and you can have a few laughs while getting what is needed as well. Not an easy job to do, day in and day out. When you come in and they are all seemingly enjoying their time then that says something. All their friendly service skills can be applied to any industry. The fact they are helping others to get them where they need to go… I’m personally always grateful. I was greeted immediately by the entire team. They are all playable players (When you know you know). Great job! ~m~
