the bald nip at speedy is top notch. Had my windshield out and back in within 30 mins. Even cleaned my van and left a gift card for jollibee in the cup holder. Shared some of his pansit and lichon with me for lunch and i was on my way within an hour. Great service

We needed our windshield replaced and received great service at this location. It was our first time at Speedy and they did not disappoint. We received an appointment within a few days. We were the first appt. at 8:00am. Sophia was very pleasant and got us in promptly and our car was ready for pickup 15 mins before their estimated time. They also vacuumed the car and checked the cabin air filter. Though we hope we don't need to use their services in the too near future, if and when we do, we will return. Thank you to Sophia and Dennis for your service.

Excellent customer service. Although they don't provide service vehicle but they provide taxi to give you ride to your home and to pick you up from your home. I had my windshield replaced and I got my car back after almost 3 hours which for me is not bad. Their receptionist is really professional and hardworking.

Cannot speak to their work as I ended up walking out. Had appt booked and showed up at the appt time and no one was in the office. A guy came in from the shop and said someone would be with me shortly. Heard TV blaring in background and continued waiting another 20 mins without anyone coming to help me. So I left at this point very disapointed. No one even contacted me to ask what happened. Not impressed and would not go here in future now. Wasted my time. Got windshield fixed elsewhere

Got window chip repaired by appointment. They were friendly and on time. Did the repair in time frame they said. I would return there for more work.

Quick service. Was able to get in for my glass replacement same day I called. Reasonable price. Staff communicated well and were easy to deal with. Would definitely use speedy again if I ever needed another windshield replaced.

So I had wrote a review on dec 9/2021 not necessarily in the best light of the business of issue with keeping business hrs. Nothing to do with the staff or the quality of the workmanship... Granted.... was writing it when heated, crappie long exhausting day @ work. Went to pickup my storm door frame of the glass that had broke. I had come on dec 7 to pickup & had arrived about 4:45pm before 5pm which is when they close. Got here the 1st time and closed before 5pm. So ok np its on otw home from work will come on Thursday dec 9/21 when I get off again after 4pm @ work... same thing closed before 5pm ?‍♀️ fyi I was here 10 minutes before close. But was frustrated as this was my 2nd trip to come pickup the door frame glass. Fast fwd to Monday dec 13. Used my brain ? called ahead just to make sure they would still be open otw home from work. Could swing by to get the door frame glass. All good ?I think I was speaking to the manger assured me they'd still be open till 5pm. I am editing/deleted previous review as I was slightly heated embarrassed to say. I knew the quality of the workmanship would be 5⭐ as always, cuz we've used them many times before. Staff was always very polite, gracious and helpful. Aside from the small hiccup of being closed little earlier then the hrs open/closed posted 8am-5pm and coupled with a few frequent trips there lol. They were ever so gracious offered up an apology and customer satisfaction compensation. Which I didn't ask for or was expecting @ all. But was offered up & insisted. But much appreciated for it! Still will continue to bring all my glass repair business to them as they always do a great job. Covid has slowed business down for many, and many businesses are feeling the staff shortages. Of no fault of their own. So... For all those that work after 4pm if your cutting it close to closing time here maybe call ahead, let them know your otw.
