★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression was great. They had speedy service, I called and had an appointment right away. When I went to pick up my vehicle everything seemed fine until I noticed two gashes and some scratches left on my exterior trim. When I confronted them about it they denied that they had anything to do with the damage and that it was there before. I would have noticed a gash and scratches like those. So even though the shop seems like it has a good front I definitely do not recommend to anyone to bring your vehicle to them as you would be dealing with dishonest people who refuse to own up to their mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They got the parts in and Did the job . Very curt not too friendly , actually felt I was less knowledgeable as I was a female . Male customers were treated more cordial . They respected Covid protocol though waiting area had no pleasantries like air conditioning, water cooler or Coffee area for those that had to wait . Overall I am Satisfied with the work that was done .That is what counts the most so recommend and would go again if ever that need arises. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered some custom glass pieces. Immediately upon entering, no greeting, no opportunity to explain that I have a doctors letter for a medical mask exemption. Neither man would listen, outright yelling at me about a mask being mandatory, interrupting me, walking away from me as I tried to explain. Yelling to colleague about me in the back clear enough for me to hear every word. I kept my distance, I tried to be polite. I just wanted to get my product and leave. If they could bring it to my car, they could have just told me that. I would have been totally fine to wait outside! Serious lack of professionalism!! I felt entirely, utterly mistreated! Unbelievable that a customer could be treated this way! How is this acceptable!!? Never NEVER dealing with these people again!! Jackie was the only kind human being working for this place!!!

But from the minute i spoke with the office staff on the phone from a quoting stand point to the point of actually being greeted for dropping off my vehicle, was outstanding. there service was efficient and courteous i highly recommend them for anybody needing auto OR custom cut glass 10/10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stone chip turned in a huge crack in my windshield. I was referred to go to them from the dealership. They do autopac claims, which was simple. Said it would take a couple days to order new windshield. Made the appointment, they told me it would take about 4 hours. It was done in just over 3 hours. Everyone there were great to deal with, and great service. Well come back for any glass replacement or repairs and will tell others to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One time I brought my 99 4runner here, remote starter worked, when I got my windshield replaced they called me it was ready for pick up. When I got it they told me the remote starter doesn’t work anymore…
I thought it just needed a reset if they unplugged my antenna.
So when I brought it home , I did a check up and tried to reset and etc, antenna did not have a light on.
I pulled some interior panels off and I see that the wiring of the antenna snapped. Assuming it snapped when they took off the windshield. ( also I guess they tried to fix it with electrical tape )
So I fixed it myself and called the place.
These guys are pretty good windshield installers, removers not so much.. I called them about the situation and told them straight up they need to be honest if they broke anything. They said sorry… like bruh.
Overall I thought the install was good but man I wouldn’t want to bring my vehicles here again.
