They took care of everything! Never had a repair go so smooth. The rental was waiting for me when I got there to drop off my vehicle for repairs, they were super friendly and had my vehicle repaired in only a few days. The repairs were done great and they had my vehicle polished up and looking just like when I first drove it off the lot. Great Job! Definitely recommend! :)

Getting hit from behind is never going to be a good experience, but getting your car fixed afterwards just might be. After doing the whole MPI Autopac thing, I had many choices for the repair. I have not had to make that choice in more than three decades, BUT I had heard good things about Intercity. The entire transaction from the moment I gave them the paperwork to the time I picked up my fixed car, everything went perfectly. The bonus is how they cleaned my car from stem to stern. It was really a delight. Staff are professional and helpful. It was nice that the location is close to downtown. Highly recommended.

I brought my vehicle to InterCity originally to just have the windshield replaced. They also were able to help me with a suspension/alignment diagnosis, that a few other shops had not properly fixed for me. Not only were they able to find the problem, they also fixed the issue in a timely fashion. And they provided me a sanitized courtesy vehicle, and maintain clear communication through it all. I am very satisfied with the service and everything to do with this experience. I highly recommend!

Had a concern about a bumper dent and they helped efficiently and very politely! Definitely recommended.

We didn't have a great experience with them. I feel they didn't do the work on my vehicle. I would recommend getting a second opinion or don't use them at all

This is the 2nd time I’ve used inner city for my jeeps, the first time I bought my Jeep Cherokee in for two separate claims, there was overlapping damage, inner city spoke to MPI on my behalf to get my 2nd deductible reduced for the repairs done to the Cherokee, the repairs done to the Cherokee was flawless even my high attention to detail, paint matching was spot on, paint was blended, body lines were clean, you would have never known a deer collision happened along with a fail to shoulder check side swipe damage claim occurred, the attention to finishing details made me a return client even with living in stony mountain passing a handful of auto-body shops on my way into Winnipeg. My 2nd claim on my Grand Cherokee was a single claim, I called inner city again, they pulled up the claim file via mpi’s without me having to take the Jeep into getting assessed, they ordered the parts required and called me about a week later to bring it in, they had the rental car already; it was a smooth transition, called me back a few days later to pick up the Grand Cherokee, checking over the Jeep at home I noticed a lump in the door skin that was pressing from behind the repaired “door skin metal” I called them and they told me to bring it down, brought it down, Jim the owner seen it, I could see he was Complexed why a bump was formed, they scheduled me a return visit, I returned to have it assessed, turns out my window was smashed prior to me owning the Jeep and shards of glass somehow managed to get wedged between the frame and door skin; no fault of inner city, they repaired it in good faith, while inspecting the door, I seen that silver trim peice molding that was removed for the repair got slightly bent unfortunately the trim molding Bent even the slightest it holds memory of where it gets pryed to remove, I asked them to replace it, they replaced it with zero hesitation. After everything was said and done at the end of the day; my takeaway with dealing with inner city autobody is they stand by their product even with an overlypicky client like myself with a high attention to detail to make it right until I was completely satisfied. Thanks to Jim, the front end staff, and the technician’s. I will be back, for any further claims.
