★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to check if my battery was shot or if it was the alternator and they were super fast and friendly about it. $12.50 for the inspection whereas Canadian Tire wanted $40.00 to check the alternator. Recommended to me by my step-dad and I would highly recommend them to anyone else!

I bought a car battery at Westrock because they were cheap and nearby. I was up sold to the 650CCA, 60 month warranty battery, but shopping there proved to be a big mistake. Within 8 months my power windows became sluggish, and at my fall inspection a month later, the battery was marked as “needs attention soon”. Since it was only 9 months old, I thought I had a bit of time, but the battery completely died when it was 10 months old. Westrock gave me a hard time about honouring the 60 month warranty, but finally put a new battery in. Problem? THE REPLACEMENT BATTERY WAS 18 MONTHS OLD! Manufactured in March 2020. Not wanting to deal with Westrock every 6 months for the remainder of the 60 months, I went and bought a battery from somewhere with a good reputation for their products and customer service. I’ll never step foot in the place again.
Btw, besides giving me a garbage battery for my warranty replacement, the staff was rude and not one of the three staff members was wearing a mask for COVID.
