★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly but the wait seemed like forever Atleast 4 other vehicals had left because of the wait but once we were up they gave us a discount for the wait which made it harder to be angry at so yeah despite the fact that it was a slow start today they seemed to pick it up and made up for the wait 5 stars if next oil change that doesn't happen again. Employees are great tho did I mention that they had great employees? Cuz.they do there employees are great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't put bolts back in to hold the lower cover assembly under the engine. Started dragging on the highway and fell off. Offered me a %15 discount on my next oil change for a part thats $200. What a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service but they sold me Pennzoil Full synthetic oil change with the $22 shell giftcard only for it to not be valid because i got the oil change a day before the promotion started. Not sure why you would push the promotion and give me the promotion form

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to get my oil changed on my 2001 Roadtrek 190. Connor took excellent care of my RV. He took the time to explain the options of different types of oils and their benefits. He also was very thorough and spotted that I required rear differential oil change. He showed me the oil I had in the engine and the differential and left it to me to decide. During the whole service he maintained a smile and upbeat attitude. Really brighten my day. Very grateful to have such honest and happy people working on my van. Thanks again Great Northern Rd., Jiffy Lube Sault Ste. Marie !!!!
