When ever I have trouble with my car they get to it right away and give me the best price they can. When they are done they explain what they did and show me the bad parts after. This company has been in the Sault many years, and it shows that with experience comes great work and reliability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I lived close to this shop. I can't recommend these guys enough! Ben, the owner, and everyone else in the shop are super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
My car broke down in the park, it was really overheating, it looked like it had a cracked radiator. Ben and his team were able to fit me in end of day Friday/early Saturday to try to get me back on the road.
These guys are the best!

Ben and his team diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts they had to come from the USA he let us stay in the parking lot, and as soon as the parts came in they went to work on it. Great work by Pete And Paul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliable Auto & Insdustrial Radiator is bar none a premium repair shop in the Soo...From when you walk in the door you are treated like family...really!!..Your made to feel at home and are treated professionally each and every time......its is a great place to take your vehilce knowing that the work to be done is necessary and at a fair price fo both Reliable and you the customer..
I am usually very hesitant to leave my vehicles with any repair shop but not with Reliable...I know that my vehicle if it is necessary to leave it to be worked on, my vehicle will be kept safe...with no sudden dings and/or scraps that were not there before i brought it in !

In conclusion,I am going to continue to take my vehicles
to Reliable Automotive!!...I TRUST THEM!!
