★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had a appt booked at the good doctor I had booked it online the day before. I listed off my symptoms I was having and the next day I received a call from the clinic stating they would not be able to see me and that I would have to have a negative covid test before entering the clinic and the receptionist spoke to me like I was a idiot and very rude the way she conducted her self very unprofessional .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star only because can't do zero and still review that I m aware of. I had a phone appointment booked for 720 pm this evening. I got a call from receptionist? Approximately 650 to verify some information, it is now 846, no call, email, etc to apologize for missing my appointment. Disgusted, will never use this service again. I would suggest noone else does either.
Oh btw good doctors..I will be contacting OHIP tomorrow to ensure they weren't charged for an appointment that never happened. Have a happy day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t waste your time coming here. Was told
my son needed a negative covid test to get in. He tested negative for the 3rd time in two weeks. so we got an appointment the next day. He has had a barking cough for a month. Once arriving was once again told he needed another negative test. The were rude and very unhelpful. Complete waste of time trying to go here. Better off going to west end walk in!
