★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had oil changed all went well except when I went to fill windshield washer a couple weeks later the cap was not put back on plus the cap for filling my radiator was missing. I should have checked right away however didn't think I needed to. Now I have to buy a new cap due to thier losing mine, I'm very disappointed with Jiffy and I am a regular customer too. Its unfortunate that they I WILL NOT be returning for any more service due to the fact JIFFY cost me more money then it should have. Not good business practice people.
Thank you for responding, I wasn't expecting you to respond to my post. I did go to your store and asked someone and showed what was missing and in turn they asked another employee if they knew anything. That employee asked if I wanted to see the video which I declined which probably made me look like I may have lost it (should have had them check). They were polite no worries there, maybe you can get them to look and see if it was there when I arrived. That would solve this problem, if I'm wrong I would personally go there and apologize. They have my info, thank you again for reaching out you may have just saved a customer from leaving. Your response means alot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm came here for oil change. The guy (Andrew) who was working on my SUV was really rude, he was talking to me in a very aggressive behavior. After the oil change when she showed me the measuring rod of oil, i told him that oil isn't up to the mark. He yelled at me again and closed the hood aggressively and left from there. I don't go there see their rude behavior and an incomplete job. Not going there next time. UPDATE: issues was resolved by the assistance manager. But it should have not been happened at first place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service, friendly and efficient. Was in and out in a few minutes and staff was super friendly! Went in to get my lightbulb changed and was the easiest process. Price I got quoted was cheaper than anywhere else as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my wife's van in for an oil change and the technician damaged the oil filter housing. Torque wrench or not, they damaged it and after speaking to their assistant manager and manager they said that they could not do anything about the damage they caused to the van. That was the last time I'll ever go there, this oil change will cost for than $1,000 in repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried Jiffy Lube for the first time yesterday. The men were courteous as they explained the process. The process was under 20 minutes. I was very aware at this business that they did not discriminate against my gender. I would highly recommend this business!
