They were great to get our once frozen hot tub back in operation and a very reasonable cost. They are easy to work with and i give them credit for their quick response and willingness to work in the cold. My take away has been: fair pricing, knowledgeable technicians, good communication, and they respect your property and take care when on site. I truly appreciate the headaches they have saved me.
i	ian johnston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came over this summer to get our hot tub up and running again, easily diagnosed what was a really obscure leak and refurbished the broken control panel and pumps that a competitor had previously told me we needed new ones for (they had continued working for 2 years after that!).... Don't waste your time with the competition, call Jessy. Awesome guy, very helpful and sensible. Will be calling again if we get any issues in future!!

They just replaced a pump and fixed a few little things and found me a bargain on a replacement cover. They saved me hundreds of dollars in the process. Thanks guys!

R	Ryan F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a hot tub from Costco.ca which has had multiple issues. THANKFULLY though, they contract Jessy James Tubs and Games to do the service work! The 2 guys who have come multiple times to fix warranty issues have been awesome. First time they arranged to come shortly after I received the part (part arrived Saturday - they came Monday). After filling it I found a second issue and when I could finally get through to the manufacturer to have the repair approved, they were able to come the same day. They even stayed while it filled to make sure there weren't any other leaks only to discover a bad pump. But they offered to take care of it through the manufacturer to save me the time on the phone again. The tub didn't come with any chemicals so I asked if they had a starter kit which they had on the truck to get me set up at a great price and took the time to explain what each one did (and write directions on the containers) to help a hot tub newbie get started. Hopefully I won't have any other issues but glad they're the ones to help if I do.

Had my hot tub heater fail, it is a strong spa from Costco, two other hot tub service companies said it would take them a week to check it out, and another said they did not service these spa’s. However Jesse came within a few hours of being called and fixed the heater in less than a few days. We also had them do a flush and clean. Very professional, not many companies like this one left nowadays. I was very stressed out since it happened during winter and was really worried about tub freezing but they took all the worry away! Incredible company.
