They provided pros and cons with every avenue I was thinking about and helped me make the best financial decision. They were there throughout the process with the lawyers and made my transition so smooth. I will certainly be using them both for my future mortgage renewals etc. Outstanding service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jessalyn was very professional, friendly, and accommodating to our mortgage needs and found us the lowest interest rate. She was able to be creative in finding us the perfect plan for us to obtain our mortgage which even allowed us to keep our current house so we could move into our new house, then do repairs/sell our old house. Jessalyn explained each process in ways that we understood and always kept us informed of what was happening. She even followed up with us after we moved to wish us well. I absolutely recommend Jessalyn Brown! If we ever move again we will certainly use her!

I came to Jessalyn with many questions regarding mortgages and I found her to be very knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient with her answers. I had a 15 day close on a property so it was a very fast moving sale. Jessalyn was very thorough and accommodating to my situation. She was extremely organized and had everything ready when it was needed. She explained all my options in detail which helped me come to the best decision for myself. I would like to commend Jessalyn for the excellent work she does and has done for me in purchasing my first home. I would highly recommend Jessalyn to any home buyers looking for an extremely reliable, well-informed, and friendly broker!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jessalyn is amazing! I came to her with rather tricky financial situation as a newly-self-employed entrepreneur with iffy, high-utilization credit. Previous mortgage brokers told me it wouldn't be possible do to buy I wanted given my situation, but Jess never made me feel like it would be impossible. She said it might be tough, that I might need a co-signer, or a bigger down payment or to pay a higher interest rate, but it was always a possibility and that possibility turned into a reality! She was there with me every step of the way as we navigated barriers and needs and pursued different avenues, and never made me feel like my situation was too much or too complicated. Even on possession day, when we had some issues getting the financing transferred, she was coordinating with the lawyers and the builder so that I didn't have to. She kept me updated throughout and stayed positive for me when I was stressed. A few days after a successful possession and move, I got a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Jess that lasted for weeks! Thanks for everything, Jess! Beyond being a brilliant mortgage broker, you are a beautiful human who was there for me when I needed it, and for that and everything, I am so grateful.
