We tried to get a mortgage through Kardia, phone calls made with Jason Ferguson and Colton Peters went unanswered for days and sometimes a week or two. We would call and leave messages no return answers. The company could not get us a mortgage. So instead of contacting us and letting us know, we were left on read and ignored, in fact to this day we still have no received a response from either. Glad we missed out on you guys in the end. Another mortgage company worked with us and had us a answer is 48 hours and approved.

The most important thing that we took away from this experience is the importance of using someone like Rachel. The condominium that we fell in love with ended up having a certain construction to it that some places won't offer/insure a mortgage even though there wasn't anything wrong with the building. Going through her, she made sure that we did things the right way, filtered out the lenders that we would be able to use and played a big part in getting us into our first place!
