Yes, to avoid having obstructive sleep apnea related symptoms return (daytime sleepiness, headaches, snoring etc.), bring your PAP machine with you when you travel. Depending which country you travel to, you may need the appropriate electrical socket attachment.
Take your PAP prescription as you may be asked for this when going through security. It is recommended that your PAP machine is brought as an extra carry on as the device may become broken if placed in check in luggage.
