Today he(probably the owner) forced me to buy 0.5 lbs (227grams), saying that they no longer sell by 100 grams because the package is expensive. I said I can bring my own coffee container, he said NO my time and electricity everything is expensive. In my opinion this is just ridiculous to say something like that to your loyal customer. Not a good customer service at all. Go to school and learn how to do a business Mr. business owner. I will never buy anything from here again.

Good selection of coffee and also the option to purchase coffee beans in bulk. Limited food options but well prepared and understandable given that its a small place. I always talk with the owner too he's a friendly guy and committed to customer satisfaction. I'd love to see more people go here that's for sure. 5/5
B	Bob Bueller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Approached the entrance and asked if he would mine if I checked the selection of beans. He said ok just don't open them which is understandable. I looked at the jars of beans and was going to try a few different kinds. I first asked for 100 grams of Jamaican Rum flavor. He told me no that it is too much work ans it is a $7 minimum to purchase beans. Well my concern really is that those beans have been sitting there for who knows how long and would rather try a few different kinds. No, 100 grams is not a lot of $ worth of coffee beans. I was going to make several purchases. The fact that he has no issue turning down business because it is too much work as he puts it during these times tells me I would rather not support this guy anyways.
B	Brock Grills on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jay's gourmet coffee is one of my favourite places to get coffee downtown. Best BLT in the city (get it on the crousant). Jay and his wife are two of the friendliest store owners you'll ever meet. This place is a staple whenever I come home to visit!
