His knowledge and enthusiasm caught my eye and I sent an email afterwards in which he promptly responded to. Ever since meeting Jasben he has proven time and time again that he is a dedicated and hard working agent. I work out of town and Jasben has always been able to do virtual showings ASAP for me (whenever a good deal came on market and time was of the essence). In addition we've worked through many late nights submitting offers and negotiating terms, Jasben has always made himself available no matter the hour of the day. As I was looking for an investment property, it was a long and arduous process but Jasben stayed patient with me the entire time and always offered his help, knowledge, and perspective as an experienced agent. I cannot recommend Jasben enough!

Right from the start, Jasben conveyed a lot of knowledge and felt trustworthy - this was very important to us as we are not based in Calgary and were investing remotely, so finding a trustworthy realtor without meeting them in person could have been a challenge otherwise. Jasben was patient throughout the process and "spoke our language", communication was smooth, prompt and timely. He was very professional throughout our interactions and I never felt "pushed". He sent us detailed video tours of numerous listings which we very much appreciated. And finally, once we placed an offer, he was especially thorough in the due diligence process and saved us a chunk of money by negotiating the price downwards when we uncovered some issues.
