★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m very satisfied with their service. Before I gave them the job, I asked if they could show me around the cleaning process. They walked me through the entire cleaning plant. From the tumbling machine to remove sand and grit over to the cleaning machine. Removing the carpet to do some spot cleaning and cleaning the carpet again. I was then taken to the drying room where the carpets are hung to dry for days until delivery or customer pick up.
I was really impressed with their thoroughness and dedication to service. They will tell you themselves their service is not cheap. My carpet came back looking new again. Would I get them to clean it again? Yes!!!

My husband passed away suddenly and they went out of their way to accommodate a change of appointment to a Sunday to have the job completed before the arrival of family and friends on the Monday. I am so grateful for their outstanding work and customer service.

Everything was explained clearly including the quote, and the job was completed efficiently and to a high quality standard.
Will certainly be using them again the next time we need carpet cleaning services.

The form on the web site to request a quote was easy to use.
I had a phone call within 24hrs to ask more questions for the quote, the staff were very knowledgeable. Once we had agreed the price I received the quote by email along with confirmation of my appointment.
I was especially pleased because they were able to accommodate my schedule at short notice. I found them to be very helpful in this respect.
The day of the appointment they arrived 15 mins early to set up the equipment and were ready to start work at the time of the appointment.
We had a walk through all the rooms to be cleaned and I was very happy with the dialogue.
They technician was very helpful. I had forgotten that a mattress was still on the floor and he helped me to lift it onto the bed frame.
The work was finished within 2 hours.
After close examination of the carpets I found them to be immaculate. A very happy customer.
The pet stains that had previously covered the basement carpet were gone.
I will definitely used them again and confidently recommend their services.
