★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have started eating three times a week Today I went in and they were balls to the walls with orders! I placed mine, and they remember their customers.....and was told I might have a bit of a wait...... and I was prepared. 10 minutes!!!!! Teamwork made the dreamwork. The staff pulled together and served at the least 10 customers in under 10 minutes. Awesome just awesome. Downtown? Check them out You won't be sorry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The burgers here are huge in size and just absolutely amazing overall. My personal favorite is the Quebec burger with poutine on it. This place also has some of the best milkshakes I've had. The orange creamsicle milkshake is great so is the cinnamon toast crunch milkshake. The staff is super nice and service is quick. The food is also reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Learned about Jack's through Downtown Dining Week and decided to take the plunge and order from them. Ordered the Hangover Burger, fries and soft drink.
I have never had a burger quite like this. First of all, it was huge! One patty sandwiched between two pieces of bread (?) and cheese (?). The patty itself was thin but that didn't matter because it was simply delicious. The toppings were simple (pickles, mustard and ketchup) but they were the perfect amount as they did not spill out the sides and left me with room to add additional toppings when I got home. (I added more ketchup and Dijon mustard. Yum.)
The amount of fries was more than generous, and though I usually like to tackle them first, I started to get very full and had to take a break to eat the burger then finished off the fries later.
It should also be noted that the staff were very friendly and polite. Good service!
For $20 + tax, Jack's Burger Shack definitely gave me my money's worth and ticked alot of boxes that are important to me: deliciousness, generous portions, good service, great bang for my buck. Will definitely check this place out again and recommend it to others! Thanks for the delightful Downtown Dining Week experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could express to you just how amazing the burgers and fries are at Jack's. I could tell you how the ingredients are fresh and perfectly balanced. I could talk about the crispy joy of the fries. I could even tell you about the milkshakes that are so good that I take my Lactaid with them. But perhaps a picture is worth a thousand words.
My favourite burger shop in Canada, now more accessible. 10/5 stars.

They welcomed us, made us laugh, . They were amazing. One of the best gems in edmonton. Make sure you stop by, I definitely will be back
