I frequently go to the 124th street location and highlands location, but the downtown location proved to be incredibly disappointing. We were given a chickpea/fish salad so bad, my companion threw up twice in the restaurant bathroom. We (politely) let our waiter know, and we received no fiscal compensation, just a β€œwe’re sorry, lots of people don’t like that salad”. Dissatisfied and will not be back.

I really enjoyed my diner there. All the dishes I tried were delicious, even though they were on the salty side. The patatas bravas were nice and crispy. The bruxel sprouts were nicely seasoned. The seafood paella had a decent amount of seafood pieces. The Spanish octopus was great, nicely cooked and crispy. We enjoyed the tapenade that came with it. The boar cheeks were perfectly cooked with a delicious sauce. The Piri piri prawns were excellent too, nicely grilled. Would definitely recommend this place as they have so many options that you’ll be sure to find what you like. Our server was nice and friendly too.

Had the stuffed peppers, emapandilla, and the paella. Followed by the creme brulee for dessert. Would recommend only getting the single person portion of paella as it is enough for two already. Overall really good experience and delicious food. Staff were very attentive, informative, and went above and beyond.

Location not ideal, very small and cramped. Service was great and decor a plus. Food was good. I was not a fan of the empandillias (sp)? The macnchego cheese and meat with bread was good. Will try again and try another round of different tapas.

One of the best tapas places in Edmonton. Food is always consistently good, the piri piri prawns are a must try, delicious. Service is always great. It's a wonderful spot for a bite before attending an event downtown.

We tried to get into Sabor but it was all booked up on a Thursday night. However Bodega Tapas, in the entrance to Sabor, has a table available. We ordered 5 different tapas dishes and finished off with some lobster risotto. The food was delicious. On our next trip to Edmonton we would like to try Sabor. My advice is to call ahead for a reservation, as we will do next time.

We arrived around 5:45 pm so it wasn't busy. 3 course meal. Each course arrived quickly but only after we were done with each plate. Big shout out to our server. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in all of Canada. If there was a small spill on the table he made sure to clean it. Food was amazing. If you're in town give this establishment a try!!
