★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a corner unit at Park Ave for over a year before we moved to another city. Westrich staff were always very helpful and polite. The building was kept clean and we never had any issues. As a person who works from home, I loved the large south facing windows, the trees, and the (discounted) fiber internet through Telus!
Every shop we needed was nearby, most within walking distance. There were also a ton of rental scooters around for longer distances.
We had a great experience overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely shady business and owners especially richie and kennedy. richie kennedy and their lawyers tried to infiltrate building condo boards using shady and irresponsible legal and business tactics to prevent and stop ongoing lawsuits against them. Shady shady shady. Not good business. All google reviews are Richies friends posting positive things to save them. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs. Ultima so bad. all these reviews are from friends trying to save ultima's reputation. shady shady shady.
