deVine Wines & Spirits recognizes the importance of giving back to the community that has allowed us to successfully grow since we opened our doors. Through our active participation in community fundraisers such as Al Fresco, we have raised financial support and awareness for social agencies such as Edmonton's Food Bank, the Zebra Child Protection Centre, E4C's Edmonton School Lunch Program and the Alberta Council of Women's Shelters. We have partnered with the University of Alberta to support LGBQT youth through groundbreaking programs such as Camp fYrefly and assisted charities of all sizes. At present, deVine Wines is actively working with stakeholders to secure Purple Flag accreditation for our surrounding neighborhood. If we are successful, we will be the first city in North America that will meet internationally recognized standards of excellence in managing the evening and night time economies of its city. What does this mean? Bringing safety, security and vibrancy into the fabric of our downtown.
