β β β β β Iyengar YogAnanta is in no doubt amazing mostly due to Niren and Nehal...two amazing teachers. Niren, the more senior teacher, does an incredible job in breaking down the asanas so that you can, not only understand how your body and breath is suppose to be, but how they connect to other asanas. Niren works you very hard (you leave with aching muscles--and this is a good thing), but he is funny and honest. I will only get up early on a weekend to attend Niren's classes.

Niren and Nehal for many years. They both are exceptional teachers, having trained in Canada, and Niren has been mentored by teachers in India.
Their teaching is clear and geared to new students of Iyengar Yoga and those who have more experience with practice. You can't go wrong with checking out YogAnata.

β β β β β I consider myself very lucky to have had Iyengar Yoga recommended to me almost 2 years ago. With Niren and Nehal as my teachers I have learned that Yoga is about both physical and cognitive discipline. They are dedicated teachers who are committed to imparting a holistic approach to Yoga.

β β β β β Classes provided by Niren and Nehal are incredible; teaching style I find is more direct and interactive with students. I would be considered "intermediate level" in many studios here in Canada, but I benefit a lot from their "beginner level" classes. I always come out of these classes feeling like I've been challenged mentally and physically. Hope to continue practicing with both for a long time!

β β β β β I am currently a student of Niren have been for several years. His classes are always invigorating, always leaving you inspired and wanting you to go deeper within your practice. His instructions are always clear and concise. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or advanced student you can join his classes .Niren is very knowledgeable, patient and has a sense of humor.
We are lucky and grateful to have Niren share his knowledge with us.

β β β β β Hello, I am grateful that I found Iyengar YogAnanta when the pandemic started. Since then it has been an enriching experience to learn from Nehal and Niren.
Through Nehal and Niren, I have been able to learn how to be ambitious yet safe with my yoga practice and journey. They always maintain a delicate balance between challenging you and making sure that you do the asana the right way.
My favorite part of the classes is when Niren shares teachings from Guruji and the Iyengar family. It is definitely a way to connect deeper with the Iyengar teachings.
Lastly, I found that they both were always extremely giving in terms of sharing their teachings and wisdom with us and I am grateful to have them as my teachers.

Their teaching style is dynamic and personal and they absolutely take the time to show each student the right way to do things. I have had so much benefit from attending their classes. They make yoga a healing, enjoyable and spiritual experience. I canβt say enough good things about them and their studio.
