Levelup Inferno Pilates & Hot Yoga

I’m so happy that I found this yoga studio, not only the convenient location but also the great service and many different types of classes that they offered. Cheemun and Aimei, along with all other instructors are super friendly and easy to talk to. Great environment and people to share positive energy with! ??

Had a very bad experience with my first time booking. I clicked but did not confirm the session and was charged and the owner then called me at 9PM the same day to blame me without giving any grace or explaining the system. This is not what I what have expected from a “yoga studio” and community

I have been practising yoga and for the last 16 years of my life and it has helped me stay clear, healthy, positive and balanced in all aspects in my life. I do also tap into the flow of Reiki Healing energy to keep my vibration up! I have only been practising Bikram yoga for the last 6 years but have come to love it since it has nothing to do with your wrists and has a lot of back bends and heart openers incorporated in its practise. I'm so happy that Levelup Hot Yoga has just opened this January in an existing yoga studio. I'm not teaching any more but I am certified Yoga and Pilates instructor so I can really appreciate good teachers. Although I love the classic 26 postures Bikram has put together I do believe every body type is so different, if you notice tightness after your practise try opening your feet a bit and feel a world of difference in your hips and lower back. Levelup Hot Yoga studios is actually hot! There are a ton of Yoga studios in Toronto that call them selves hot but are warm at the most. If you love getting a good sweat, you can count on the heat here! They have made a few changes that are great! New clean, beautiful, showers and change room area. They play soft relaxing music and the new owners are very friendly and helpful. The teaching staff has a lot of the same teachers as before with a mix of new classes and teachers each offering their own lovely energy. The studio has added weights so you can take it up a notch if you want to. If you are new to Yoga and just want to get started or you are very advanced there is something for everyone... Really enjoying my time here at Levelup, I came here specifically for the hot yoga. The studio is very clean and the instructors and classes are great! There is defiently something for everyone here. I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked through the doors! If you're looking for no nonsense yoga in a friendly and non judgemental enviroment than look no further!!! Thank you for the wonderful classes, I always leave feeling great!!

I have been coming to Levelup from the first day it opened. It's super clean, the air in the hot room feels fresh and the heat is uniform throughout the room. They make the heat work for your specific needs as they offer a variety of classes on a daily basis. Excellent location and lots of free parking. Amazing and friendly instructors, caring and accommodating staff, constant improvements to the studio, equipment and class schedules to ensure best possible experience when it comes to hot yoga fitness. I am grateful for all the hard work Aimei, Cheemun and the entire team Levelup do to please their clients. Thank you so much!

Took a Bikram 90 min class this morning and it was AMAZING - their heat and humidity levels were ON POINT! Worked up a great sweat!!! The new owners have done a wonderful job with the studio - love the fact that they built in privacy walls in the showers - bye bye prison showers :)

Level up is the reason I started loving working out again. I’m grateful to have found this lovely location with such wonderful instructors who push your limits of working out. I started on a two week trial and was immediately hooked and just signed up for three months. I will continue extending simply because I get excited coming to these classes. Mentally and physically the instructors motivate you. You have a variety of classes to choose from, Pilates, yoga, etc. No matter what class you do, you feel welcomed. No matter how hard they push you, it feels wonderful leaving the studio. I leave the studio always walking on a cloud. Highly recommended!!! Thank you!

After 3 months away, nothing feels better than coming home to Levelup Inferno!! The dedication, discipline, love, and encouragement you get at this studio is like none other. Thank you to Cheemun and Aimee for facilitating such a sacred and hot space for us yogis to practice. And thank you to my guiding light of a teacher Janice!! Thank you for such disciplined classes, pushing us all to be the very best version of ourselves both on the mat and out in the world. The harmony and progress of my physical and emotional body is owed to you and every healing aspect this practice has to offer. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to improve their life.
