T	Trish W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was lucky enough to connect with a WFG agent who took the time to educate me and help me understand my products before I agreed to it. Ivari and Everest also provides useful after-sales service to make sure your package is set up properly. My mother passed away without a Will and that was extremely hard and costly for my family. Now I am covered so that my family does not have to worry about anything. They can grieve in peace and receive the payout within 48 hours instead of the 2 years of expensive probate we had to deal with before. I already see my money growing within my products and I spoke with an Ivari rep who helped me understand how the claim and payout process works. Ivari has EXCELLENT customer service - thank you so much!

They don't send you paperwork of any kind and if you ask, they just give your agents number. I'm canceling it and putting a stop payment at the bank. Red flags are going up with company. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
e	eel tone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience i have ever had. After 12 months of paying my life insurance with them decided to switch to different insurance company. The agent told me its already canceled but they keep on charging me still until now. I won't recommend this insurance company. Make sure you read the policies before signing it. Not worth it to sign to this scammers. I was advice to keep my bank insufficient that way for the next cycle of payment they won't be able to take anything so then my contract will automatically terminated, i trusted the agents advice as he know more about it, i have no clue how this things work. I locked my card instead that way they won't be able to charge me as the agents advice last time i checked my bank account i got charged again.

You should be with them at least for 10 years, otherwise they take most of your investment as surrender charge. The WFG agents who sell this life insurance plan would trick you and never talk about these strict rules beforehand. You will find it out when it's too late.

I had a lot of questions and my advisor was great about helping me with it. My investments beat the market by alot so I am glad i got in before and looking forward to add more funds.

The agent didn’t give me all the information at the starting point of my life insurance and she only focused on the return profit rate of 5% in my plan as the investment life insurance. After a year when I decided to cancel my policy, Not only I was unable to cash the profit, also they grab my total investment with is almost 3600 CAD and I left with nothing. The only reason she explained me was: the insurance has their costs so they used your money for the cost of the policy. I am so desperate and don’t know how can I sue them to have my money back!!! Please please never open any service with this company.
