They were very helpful in the process and were very patient while answering our questions. They also walked us through every step to ensure our documents were tip top shape. No problems I'm the process at all and was smooth sailing after we submitted everything. Would recommend!

I did the process for my Permanent Residence under Spousal Sponsorship with them. During the process and based on my own experience, there were a lot of bad things about this company and its unprofessional staff. 1. Lack of knowledge (every time I asked something the answer was an email with the link of Canada Government website the same information that by that time I’ve already read or they answered a bunch of nonsense things) 2. They just care about your money, after they send the application to IRCC and you pay the full amount for their “service” they completely forget about your case. 3. They take forever to reply an email and the answers are not accurate. 4. They submitted my application with a lot of mistakes (typing mistakes) on the forms after supposedly have reviewed the forms three times. 5. The consultant kept my Open Work Permit without any reason on his hands and mailed to me after 2 weeks of receiving it. 6. They never emailed me back when I requested information about my application but they were harassing me when they needed me to pay $13 for the fee of the courier when they mailed me my Work Permit even when I haven’t received it yet on my mail box. 7. When I requested to get my work permit as soon as they get it on their office their answer was: you are on implied status you’re fine. I said: I need it for my health care coverage and they said: “that’s not important you need health coverage just if you get sick”. I just don’t want to remember those kind of answers (they were a lot of answers of that type) honestly they were so unprofessional. 8. At the end of my application I was the one who was requesting information directly to IRCC thought the MP and I completed the last steps by myself and it was faster of course because they were not doing anything with my application anymore.

I highly recomend Immigration Pros. For me this firm is second to none. Their staffs are all very polite, patient, and is very willing to help. From responding well to my every questions, to detailed step by step process that really has helped my application go on smoothly. I couldn't thank them enough. I didn't have second thought on recomending them to my co worker who is now working on his PR status. Honestly this is the best company ever. I moved in Canada and for months I’ve tried ti understand what to do.
